Your PIN is automatically assigned when you register for a library card. It could be either the last four digits of your phone number or the month and day of your birthday, in MMDD format.
For privacy concerns we cannot reveal your library card PIN/Password over the phone or by email.
You can reset your password through our online catalog. You will find the Forgot my PIN/Password link under the My Account tab.
